At Thrive Balanced Living, I believe that wellness is deeply personal. There is no one-size-fits-all solution, because you are the expert on your own life. My role isn’t to prescribe rigid rules or tell you what you “should” be doing. Instead, I partner with you to help you uncover what works best for your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

Wellness, at its core, is about alignment. Learning to listen to yourself, build awareness, and create habits that feel supportive rather than restrictive.

My own wellness journey taught me that true well-being isn’t built through extremes or perfection. It’s cultivated through consistency, self-trust, and learning how to respond to your body with care.

Over time, I realized that the most powerful changes happen when people feel heard, supported, and empowered — not when they feel pressured or told what to do. That belief is the foundation of Thrive Balanced Living.

I am trained through Wellcoaches, a globally recognized leader in health and wellness coaching. This training emphasizes evidence-based practices, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and behavior change science.
