90 MINUTES

Initial Wellness Vision Session

Your coaching journey begins with a comprehensive, reflective session designed to set a strong foundation.

During this first 90-minute session, we will:

  • Explore your personal wellness vision — what thriving truly looks like for you

  • Identify your core values, priorities, and motivations

  • Clarify 3-month wellness goals that feel meaningful and realistic

  • Co-create your first set of weekly goals based on your readiness and lifestyle

  • Establish how coaching will best support you moving forward

This session is spacious, thoughtful, and entirely client-led. You set the direction — I support the process.


30 MINUTES

Ongoing Weekly Coaching Sessions

Following your initial session, we’ll meet weekly for 30-minute coaching sessions to support momentum and growth.

In these sessions, we will:

  • Review progress and reflect on what’s working

  • Gently explore challenges or obstacles that arise

  • Adjust goals as your needs evolve

  • Continue building healthy, sustainable habits

  • Strengthen self-awareness, confidence, and follow-through

These sessions are designed to keep you connected to your goals while honoring flexibility and real life.
